Warranty
Any material to be serviced or returned to DirectLux, the following procedures should be followed:

Obtain return authorization:
Contact the Technical Support Department and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return.

Freight policy:
Within Two Year Warranty Period: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to DirectLux for service (this includes custom charges). DirectLux is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Sonolife to the customer.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Non- DirectLux branded and Solution Provider Direct products and accessories
  • Problems that result from:
    1. External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, water, or problems with electrical power.
    2. Servicing not authorized by DirectLux.
    3. Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
    4. Failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
  • Products for which DirectLux. has not received payment

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of receipt of item. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based only on the original payment method.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
